Opportunities

Meet some of the organizations that have requested a Social Loan and are currently being analyzed.

Institute that aims to generate income in poor communities. They sell a range of craft products through a website and also by a door-to-door catalog within a network of 200 consultants, following the strategy of Natura and Avon. These sales represent 30% of the resources of the institution, and the remainder comes from donations. A loan would help to expand the project.

Organization that promotes social inclusion of agro-ecological farming communities through harmonization of production and nature conservation. The loan would be used to expand of production of farmers, training of management and technical assistance.

Organization that seeks to improve productivity and quality of small coffee producers in the Espirito Santo state. The loan would be used to renew coffee plantations of small producers in the Northeast of the state to improve quality, allowing price gains of about 30%.

Association of artisans who sells various types of products and make small loans to artisans. A loan would expand the project, training of artisans in new products and setting up production of paper.

Foundation that works to preserve the environment of the Cerrado (typical vegetation of Central Brazil) and social inclusion. It has developed for the largest program of first employment in the country. A Social Loan would allow the implementation of plantations on farms and agro-forestry education and income generation for rural families.

Social organization that seeks, through study and practice of gastronomy, to help young people without opportunity to enter into the labor market. A loan from sitawi would increase the catering service and double the number of beneficiaries.
